He also demanded Rs 50 crore to Rs 70 crores annual research grant for the Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana to improve the research facilities for better agriculture. Angels Play School Celebrates Its Annual Day: Little Children Enchant the Audience with Their Performances
Chandigarh 15 March ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : The Annual Function of Angels Play School, Manimajra, Chandigarh, was celebrated with immense zeal and enthusiasm at the Tagore Theatre in Sector 18 on Sunday, March 15, 2026. The school's little children participated in the event, delivering captivating performances that enthralled the audience. The tiny tots presented a variety of entertaining acts, including dances and skits. Watching their children dance and frolic on stage, the parents seated in the audience were filled with sheer delight. The little ones truly stole the show during the ceremony. Clad in colorful costumes, the children performed dances that were so infectious that even their parents couldn't help but sway along to the rhythm.
School Principal Amanpreet Kaushal stated that the objective of the event was to help the children overcome their fear of performing in front of an audience. She also expressed her gratitude to the school's teachers and parents for their efforts in making the program a resounding success. The program commenced with a 'Ganesh Vandana' (prayer to Lord Ganesha). This was followed by devotional performances by the little children, which captivated everyone's hearts and imbued the entire atmosphere with a spirit of spirituality.
Subsequently, a performance was presented to illustrate the depth of the bond shared between teachers and students. The children showcased a blend of traditional Indian dances and glimpses of Western culture, creating a beautiful fusion of Indian and global cultural traditions. At the conclusion of the event, all the school children were awarded medals to encourage and appreciate their efforts. Meanwhile, the parents lauded Angels Play School for the strong foundation and moral values being instilled in the children right from their early childhood.
