Chandigarh Branch of Sant Nirankari Mission Donates 327 Units of Blood
Chandigarh 24 April ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : On the occasion of Manav Ekta Diwes, a blood donation camp was organized at Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan, Sector 30 Chandigarh. A Total of 327 units of blood were collected during the camp. Two teams — one from PGI, Sector 12, and the other from Government Multi-Specialty Hospital, Sector 16 — along with their experienced doctors and staff, carried out the blood collection process. The entire event witnessed wholehearted support and contribution from the Sangat, who participated with dedication of body, mind, and wealth. While inaugurating the camp, Chandigarh Municipal Corporation, Mayor, Saurabh Joshi appreciated the hundreds of voluntary blood donors present. He remarked that the message of the Sant Nirankari Mission—“Let humans love one another and become each other’s support”—is not confined to words, but is a way of life lived from the heart. He described the event as not just a program, but a living example of love, harmony, and selfless service.
On this occasion, Sanyojak of Chandigarh Branch Navneet Pathak expressed gratitude to Mayor Joshi and shared that the blood donation camps has been continuing uninterrupted for the past four decades. So far, through 9,174 blood donation camps, approximately 1,500,230 units of blood have been collected—serving as a living testament to the unwavering commitment of the Nirankari Mission toward humanitarian service.
