Chandigarh 08 April ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : This morning, the revered Muni Shri Prateek Sagar Ji Maharaj (disciple of Acharya Shri Pushpadant Sagar Ji Maharaj) made a grand and spiritual visit to the Shri Digambar Jain Temple, Sector 27-B, Chandigarh. Muni Shri was welcomed with great devotion and enthusiasm, accompanied by music and hundreds of devotees. He arrived at the temple premises at 8:25 am.
On this occasion, all the members of the temple committee, led by Punjab Governor and Chandigarh Administrator Gulab Chand Kataria and Temple Sabha President Dharam Bahadur Jain, warmly welcomed him. His holy feet were anointed (Charan Vandana) in the traditional manner and aarti was offered. Present on this occasion were Kishori Lal Jain, President of Shri Parshnath Digambar Jain Temple, Panchkula; Pradeep Jain, Minister of Shwetambar Jain Temple Sector 2, Chandigarh; Vijay Jain, President of SS Jain Sabha Sector 18, Chandigarh, and the entire Digambar Jain Society Executive. Fifty-five devotees from Ambala also attended the gathering. Advocate Adarsh Jain conducted the stage. After the program concluded, a refreshment was organized.
In his address, Gulab Chand Kataria highlighted the importance of love in life, saying that love is the basis of harmony and unity in society. In his sermon, Pujya Muni Shri also preached the importance of following the principles of Lord Mahavira and encouraged everyone to follow the path of love, non-violence, and morality. Regarding the program, Dharam Bahadur Jain, President of the Digambar Jain Society, stated that after Chandigarh, Maharaj Ji will depart for Punjab.
