ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 7 ਮਈ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜਾ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਏ ਦੋ ਬੰਬ ਧਮਾਕਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਜਨਰਲ ਆਫ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਗੌਰਵ ਯਾਦਵ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਵਿਰੋਧਾਭਾਸੀ ਬਿਆਨਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ। ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇਹ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਡੀਜੀਪੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਧਮਾਕਿਆਂ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਆਈਐਸਆਈ ਦਾ ਹੱਥ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਜਾਣਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਸਹੀ ਕੌਣ ਹੈ, ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਜਾਂ ਡੀਜੀਪੀ?
ਸੂਬਾ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਵੇਦਨਸ਼ੀਲ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਦੋਸ਼ਬਾਜੀ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਧਮਾਕੇ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ, ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਥਾਣਿਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਹਮਲੇ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਰੇਲਵੇ ਟਰੈਕ ਵੀ ਉਡਾਏ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਕਤ ਧਮਾਕਿਆਂ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦਾ ਹੱਥ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਐਫਆਈਆਰ ਕਿਉਂ ਦਰਜ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ? ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਹੈਰਾਨੀ ਜਤਾਈ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਧੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਡੀਜੀਪੀ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਦਾ ਖੰਡਨ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ?
