He accused the AAP government of cheating the women of Punjab by denying them the cash assistance for four and a half years and paying them peanuts at the end of the term. He said, people of Punjab, women in particular understand the AAP’s designs that the cash assistance was started just ahead of elections. Rotary Club of Chandigarh and Fortis Hospital Mohali Mark 800th Life-Saving Heart Surgery under Rotary Heartline Project S.A.S.Nagar 8 May ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : The Rotary Club of Chandigarh, in partnership with Fortis Hospital, Mohali marked the successful completion of 800th heart surgery under its flagship Rotary Heartline Project. The milestone surgery was performed on 7-year-old child, Abhijot from Behlan Khanpur in Fatehgarh Sahib district, by a team of doctors led by Dr TS Mahant, Executive Director, CTVS and Dr Rajat Gupta, Senior Consultant, Department of Paediatric Cardiac Sciences, Fortis Hospital, Mohali. Abhijot, son of a daily wager, was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect (hole in the heart) and was referred to Fortis Hospital Mohali by the Rotary Club of Kharar to the Heartline team of Rotary Club in Chandigarh.
