Livasa Hospitals provide medical support in Bhakra Ride 2.0

Nangal 7 June ( PDL ) : As many as 800 participants including cyclists, runners, fitness enthusiasts, families, and health-conscious citizens from across Punjab took part in The Bhakra Ride 2.0 at Nangal on Sunday. Livasa Hospitals was partnered as health partner to the event. The event featured three participation categories – the 25 KM Bhakra Elevation Ride, 10 KM City Ride, and 5 KM Fun Walk/Run – enabling people of all ages and fitness levels to take part in the movement towards healthier lifestyles. Livasa Hospitals established a dedicated on-ground health camp staffed by healthcare professionals who provided medical support, basic health assessments, and wellness guidance to participants throughout the event.

An organ donation awareness and pledge drive to educate on the life-saving impact of organ donation were also organized by the hospital. Anurag Yadav, CEO- Livasa Hospitals, said, "The Bhakra Ride 2.0 provided a powerful platform to promote fitness while also encouraging meaningful conversations around organ donation—a cause that has the potential to save countless lives.
