38.9 ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸ਼ਤ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੈਟੀ ਲਿਵਰ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਆਮ ਭਾਰ, ਆਮ ਰੁਟੀਨ ਟੈਸਟ, ਫਿਰ ਵੀ ਫੈਟੀ ਲਿਵਰ : ਡਾ. ਐੱਚ. ਕੇ. ਖਰਬੰਦਾ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 23 ਜੂਨ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੈਟੀ ਲਿਵਰ ਦੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਵੱਧ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਇੱਕ ਅਧਿਐਨ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਭਗ 38.9 ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸ਼ਤ ਬਾਲਗ ਮੈਟਾਬੋਲਿਕ ਡਿਸਫੰਕਸ਼ਨ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਸਟੀਟੋਟਿਕ ਲਿਵਰ ਬਿਮਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਗੈਰ-ਅਲਕੋਹਲਿਕ ਫੈਟੀ ਲਿਵਰ ਬਿਮਾਰੀ (NAFLD) ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਜਿਗਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਚਰਬੀ ਇਕੱਠੀ ਹੋਣ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਦਰਸਾਈ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਸੋਜ (ਹੈਪੇਟਾਈਟਸ) ਅਤੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਜਿਗਰ ਦੀ ਬਿਮਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਜੋਖਮ ਵਧਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਧਿਐਨ ਵਿੱਚ 27 ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਗਿਆਨਕ ਅਤੇ ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਖੋਜ ਪ੍ਰੀਸ਼ਦ ਦੀਆਂ 37 ਪ੍ਰਯੋਗਸ਼ਾਲਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ 7,700 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਬਾਲਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਖੋਜਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਜਰਨਲ ਦ ਲੈਂਸੇਟ ਰੀਜਨਲ ਹੈਲਥ ਸਾਊਥਈਸਟ ਏਸ਼ੀਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਿਤ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਮਾਹਿਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਫੈਟੀ ਲਿਵਰ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਮੋਟਾਪੇ ਅਤੇ ਟਾਈਪ 2 ਸ਼ੂਗਰ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਇਹ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਆਮ ਭਾਰ ਵਾਲੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਧ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਡਾ. ਐੱਚ. ਕੇ. ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ। ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰ ਖਰਬ...

MY Bharat Chandigarh Launches Youth Club Development Campaign 2026 Chandigarh 23 June ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : MY Bharat Chandigarh, under the aegis of the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India, has launched the Youth Club Development Campaign 2026 across Chandigarh with the objective of strengthening youth participation and promoting community-led development through organized youth groups. As part of this campaign, all existing Youth Clubs, Mahila Mandals, and Youth Associations operating in Chandigarh are invited to affiliate themselves with MY Bharat and become active partners in nation-building initiatives.
