ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਐਨਐਸਏ ਲਗਾਉਣਾ ਨਿੰਦਣਯੋਗ : ਵੜਿੰਗ ਇਹ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਤਾਨਾਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਰੰਕੁਸ਼ ਕਦਮ ਸਵਾਲ: ਕੀ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਲਈ ਖ਼ਤਰਾ ਹਨ? ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 23 ਜੁਲਾਈ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜਾ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਦੀ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜੰਤਰ-ਮੰਤਰ 'ਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀਪੂਰਨ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਵਾਦਿਤ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਸਿਕਿਉਰਿਟੀ ਐਕਟ (ਐਨਐਸਏ) ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਫ਼ੈਸਲੇ ਦੀ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਵਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਲਈ ਖ਼ਤਰਾ ਮੰਨਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜਦਕਿ ਉਹ ਤਾਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਨੀਟ ਸਮੇਤ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਕੰਪੀਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਰ-ਵਾਰ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਪੇਪਰ ਲੀਕ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ, ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਅਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਆਵਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਸੁਣਨ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਬਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਅਤੇ ਦਮਨਕਾਰੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਆਖ਼ਰਕਾਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਹੀ ਉਲਟਾ ਅਸਰ ਪਾਏਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਵੀ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਭੁਗਤਣੇ ਪੈਣਗੇ। ਸੂਬਾ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੋਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਮ...
