Bharat Vikas Parishad organized a mega free health check-up camp at the Community Centre in Sector 48, Chandigarh
Chandigarh 23 May ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : The Bharat Vikas Parishad (BVP), South-1 Branch, organized a mega free health check-up camp today, May 23, 2026, at the Community Centre in Sector 48, Chandigarh. During this camp, teams specializing in Medicine, Orthopedics, Physiotherapy, Pulmonology, and Cardiology from Paras Hospital, Panchkula, rendered their services. Several basic diagnostic tests—such as blood sugar, blood pressure, ECG, and PFT—were conducted free of cost. Additionally, the Centre for Sight (Mohali) and Clove Dental Clinic (Mohali) arranged for eye and dental check-ups.
The camp was inaugurated with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by Dr. M.K. Virmani, President of BVP, Chandigarh Province. Present on this occasion were numerous volunteers and dignitaries, including Provincial Patron Shri Tilak Raj Wadhwa, Former Provincial President Shri P.K. Sharma, Provincial Organizing Secretary Shri S.R. Sharma, South District Coordinator Shri Sushil Sharma, South District Women's Participation Convener Smt.
