ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 26 ਮਈ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜਾ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਜਨਰਲ ਅਤੇ ਸੂਬਾ ਚੋਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਕਰਕੇ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਇੱਕ ਫ਼ਰਜ਼ੀ ਆਡੀਓ ਰਿਕਾਰਡਿੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਇਰਲ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਐੱਫਆਈਆਰ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਲੜੀ ਹੇਠ, ਡੀਜੀਪੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੂਬਾ ਚੋਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜੀਆਂ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਫ਼ਰਜ਼ੀ ਆਡੀਓ ਕਲਿੱਪ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸਨੂੰ ਸੱਤ ਸਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਵੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਕਸ ਨੂੰ ਖ਼ਰਾਬ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਬਦਨਾਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਫੈਲਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਜਦਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਜਾਣਬੁੱਝ ਕੇ ਵਾਇਰਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਹੈਰਾਨੀ ਜ਼ਾਹਰ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ, ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਐੱਸ.ਸੀ ਕਮਿਸਨ ਦੇ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਕਲਿੱਪ ਦੀ ਸੱਚਾਈ ਜਾਂ ਜਾਅਲੀ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਹੀ ਇਸਦਾ ਸੁਓ ਮੋਟੋ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਲੈ ਲਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਹ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਇਸ ਕਲਿੱਪ ਨੂੰ ਫੈਲਾਉਣ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਇੱਕ ਸੋਚੀ-ਸਮਝੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼ ਹੈ। ਸੂਬਾ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨੇ ਡੀਜੀਪੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੂਬਾ ਚੋਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ, ਦੋਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦਾ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਲੈਣ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਐੱਫਆਈਆਰ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਕੇ ਦੋਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇਣ।
ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਜਾਂ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ, ਆਖ਼ਿਰਕਾਰ ਅਸੀਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਚਲਾਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਇਸ ਦੁਸ਼ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਕਰ ਲਵਾਂਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਉਹ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨਗੇ।
