He also demanded Rs 50 crore to Rs 70 crores annual research grant for the Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana to improve the research facilities for better agriculture. The Ludhiana MP made a strong case for providing debt relief to the small and marginal farmers through one time settlement by waiving off their interests. Chandigarh 7 March ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : 14th Blood Donation & Medical Camp being organized by Market Welfare Association (Regd.) Sec. 44D in Association with Shree Shiv Kanwar Mahasangh Charitable Trust in the market Complex. Total 79 volunteers have donated the blood and approximate 150 plus have routine health checkup.
Saurabh Joshi, Mayor Municpal Corporation chandigarh was the Chief Guest and Jasmanpreet Singh, Sr. Deputy Mayor preside over the function and Charanjiv Singh Chairman, Chandigarh Beopar Mandal was guest of honour. Mayor Saurabh Joshi inaugurate the Blood Donation and Medical Camp.
