He also demanded Rs 50 crore to Rs 70 crores annual research grant for the Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana to improve the research facilities for better agriculture. The Ludhiana MP made a strong case for providing debt relief to the small and marginal farmers through one time settlement by waiving off their interests. Shoolini University to host stellar lineup at LitfestChandigarh 26 March ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : Shoolini University’s upcoming Literature Festival, a celebration of words, ideas, and creativity, promises to be an unforgettable experience, with a diverse range of sessions, workshops, and performances. The fifth edition of the festival will feature an impressive lineup of personalities, including filmmaker Imtiaz Ali, thespian Kanwaljit Singh, singers Usha Uthup, Ila Arun, VJ Maria Goretti Warsi, actor Shruti Seth, lyricist Raj Shekhar, diplomat Vikas Swarup, business leader Harit Nagpal, writer S R Harnot and many more.
