ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 21 ਮਾਰਚ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਸੀਪੀਆਈ (ਐਮ) ਦੇ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਕਾਮਰੇਡ ਸੁਖਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੇਖੋਂ ਨੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦੇ ਵੇਅਰਹਾਉਸ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਮੈਨੇਜਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਖ਼ੁਦਕੁਸ਼ੀ ਕਰ ਲਏ ਜਾਣ 'ਤੇ ਡੂੰਘੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਵਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਨੇ ਹੁਕਮਰਾਨ ਪਾਰਟੀ 'ਤੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਇਸ ਕੋਲ ਸੱਤਾ 'ਤੇ ਬਣੇ ਰਹਿਣ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਨੈਤਿਕ ਅਧਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਚਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਇੱਥੇ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਬਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਮਰੇਡ ਸੇਖੋਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੀਪੀਆਈ (ਐਮ) ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਦੀ ਕਰੜੇ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਸ ਦੁੱਖ ਦੀ ਘੜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਗਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਰੰਧਾਵਾ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਦੁੱਖ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਦਿਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਅਦਾਲਤੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਨਿਘਰਦੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਫ਼ਿਰੌਤੀਆਂ ਮੰਗਣ, ਕਤਲ, ਲੁੱਟਖੋਹ ਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਵਾਰਦਾਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਾਪਰਨਾ ਆਮ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਹੁਣ ਤਾਂ ਮੰਤਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਪੂਰੀ ਨਾ ਕਰ ਸਕਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਅਫ਼ਸਰਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਜਾਨਾਂ ਦੇਣੀਆਂ ਪੈ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਸ਼ਾਬਤ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਲਾਲਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੁੱਲਰ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਪਰਚਾ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਸਤੀਫ਼ਾ ਲੈਣ ਨਾਲ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ। ਕਾਮਰੇਡ ਸੇਖੋਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੇਸ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਮੁੱਖ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਹੈਰਾਨੀ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਕੇਸ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਮੁੱਖ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਕਟੱੜ ਇਮਾਨਦਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਅਸਲ ਸੱਚ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਨੈਤਿਕ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਕਬੂਲਿਆਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੀ ਕੁਰਸੀ ਛੱਡ ਦੇਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।
