Bhoomi Poojan held in Chandigarh ahead of Shri Pundrik Goswami's Shrimad Bhagwat Katha, Kalash Yatra to begin tomorrow

Chandigarh 11 April ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) :  A sacred and spiritual event, the Barsana Prakat Utsav (Shri Radha Ras Bhagwat Katha), is taking place in Chandigarh. The seven-day Shrimad Bhagwat Katha will begin on April 12th, and for the first time, the Barsana Prakat Utsav will be held at Chandigarh's Sector 17 Circus Ground. The Katha will be narrated by Pundrik Swami, known for his deep devotion and inspiring words. A day before the Katha, a grand bhoomi poojan was held, with devotees participating, filling the Sector 17 Circus Ground with a devotional atmosphere.

Tomorrow, on April 12th, a Kalash Yatra will also be held, in which devotees will walk with Kalash throughout the city with devotion. This event will be a divine and spiritual experience for everyone, one that everyone will cherish. This Katha holds special significance because for the first time, children with hearing and speech impairments will be participating in the Katha, and a translator will be present to explain the language of the Katha. A circumambulation path will be built from the Kadam tree to the Katha site, and two Yamuna Kunds are also being constructed. The temples of the Ashta Sakhis and the special secrets of Braj have also been incorporated into the Katha, making it even more spiritual and unique.

A special initiative will also be undertaken during the Shrimad Bhagwat Katha. Rahul Mahajan, on behalf of the Organic Lion Foundation, will distribute five thousand saplings, which will be a special part of the Katha and will convey the message of environmental awareness. This seven-day spiritual program will run until April 18th, and will be held daily from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Entry will be free for all devotees. The Katha is being organized with devotion by Gauri Shankar Sevadal Gaushala, Sector 45 Chandigarh, Tejaswini Foundation Panchkula and Trace Lounge, in which many social and religious organizations of Tricity are participating. On the occasion of Bhoomi Pujan today, Harsh Sharma, Vinod Sharma, Sunil Sharma, Rahul Mahajan, Rajneesh Sharma, Vikram Chopra, Sumit Sharma, Ramesh Sharma, Ajay Gupta, Sunil Arora, Sunil Sharma, Tek Chand, Kamal Gupta and children of Nimai Pathshala were present who took up their responsibilities.
