S.A.S. Nagar 04 April ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : Today, Shahi-Patwari group was declared the winner in the election of the governing body of Mohali Press Club for the year 2026-27. In this election held under the chairmanship of Chief Election Commissioner Harinder Pal Singh Harry and Election Commissioners Kulwinder Singh Bawa and Gurmeet Singh Randhawa, the election results were announced by the Chief Election Commissioner at around 4.30 pm, in which Shahi-Patwari group was declared the winner. During this time, the Chief Election Commissioner and the Election Commissioners elected 9 office bearers of the Shahi-Patwari panel - President Gurmeet Singh Shahi, General Secretary Sukhdev Singh Patwari, Senior Vice President Manjit Singh Chana, Vice President Vijay Pal and Madam Neelam Thakur, Organizing Secretary Vijay Kumar, Joint Secretary Dr. Ravinder Kaur and Sandeep Bindra and Cashier Rajiv Taneja was declared the winner of the new body.
