ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਅਤੇ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨਰ ਵਰਗ, ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਖੁਸ਼ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 21 ਮਈ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਮੇਂ-ਸਮੇਂ ਉਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਧੋਖਾ ਕਰਦੀ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਦੇ 6ਵੇਂ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਬਕਾਏ ਰੋਲ ਦਿੱਤੇ, ਪੇਂਡੂ ਭੱਤਾ, ਏਸੀਪੀ ਦੇ ਲਾਭ ਤੇ ਕਾਟ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਹੁਣ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਅਤੇ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਦੇ 18% ਡੀ.ਏ. ਦੀਆਂ ਕਿਸ਼ਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਬਕਾਏ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਰਿੱਟ ਦਾਇਰ ਕਰਕੇ, ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਟਾਲਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸੇਵਾਮੁਕਤ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਜਸਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੋਸਲ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਹਰੇਕ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੂੰ 4 ਹਜਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ 10 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਰੁਪਏ ਤੱਕ ਹਰ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਘੱਟ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਅਤੇ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਨੂੰ 10 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ 15 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਤੱਕ ਘੱਟ ਤਨਖ਼ਾਹ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ। ਸਕੱਤਰੇਤ ਦੇ ਸੇਵਾਮੁਕਤ ਅਫਸਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸ਼ਿਆਮ ਲਾਲ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਅਤੇ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਪੈਸਾ ਰੋਕ ਕੇ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਸੱਤਾ ਹਾਸਿਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਬੀਬੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ 1000 ਅਤੇ 1500 ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਰਕੇ ਫੋਕੀ ਵਾਹ ਵਾਹ ਖੱਟਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਸੇਵਾਮੁਕਤ...
HRERA Orders Civil Imprisonment of TDI Infrastructure Directors in Execution Case
Panchkula 21 May ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : In a significant order, the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA), Panchkula has directed civil imprisonment of directors of TDI Infrastructure Limited in an execution matter arising out of Complaint No. 2950 of 2019 filed by Narender Kumar. The order was passed by HRERA Member Chander Shekhar in Execution No. 1208 of 2024 after the Authority observed repeated non-compliance of its earlier directions by the judgment debtor company and its directors. Advocate Akshat Mittal said that The Authority noted that despite issuance of show-cause notices under Order XXI Rule 41(3) CPC and several opportunities granted, the directors neither filed personal replies nor complied with the execution order.
HRERA held that the company had adopted “dilatory tactics” by filing recall applications instead of satisfying the decretal amount. The Authority further observed that the directors failed to respect judicial proceedings and intentionally delayed payment despite allegedly having sufficient resources. The Authority rejected the plea seeking recall of earlier orders dated 31.10.2025 and 24.04.2026, stating that mere assurances of settlement could not obstruct execution proceedings. HRERA emphasized that punitive action for violation of regulatory orders is distinct from recovery of money and falls within its powers under Section 40 of the RERA Act read with CPC provisions.
Consequently, HRERA ordered three months’ civil imprisonment for Managing Director Kamal Taneja, directors Devki Nandan Taneja, Ravinder Kumar Taneja, Renu Taneja and Ved Prakash. The arrest warrants will be issued after the decree holder deposits subsistence allowance by July 10, 2026. The Authority also imposed costs of Rs 5000 payable to the decree holder and Rs 10,000 payable to HRERA, while keeping separate proceedings under Section 63 of the RERA Act pending for consideration on the next hearing date.
