New Momentum for Sector-36 Development: Paver Block Project Launched Through Jasbir Singh Bunty's Efforts
High-quality new paver blocks to be installed outside all parks
Chandigarh 15 June ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : Fulfilling a long-standing demand of Sector-36 residents, the Chandigarh Municipal Corporation has launched a project to install and repair paver blocks outside various parks in the area. Residents expressed their gratitude to the area Councilor and former Senior Deputy Mayor, Jasbir Singh Bunty, for this significant development initiative. Major General C.S. Bebli, President of the Sector-36 Residents' Welfare Association, stated that the existing paver blocks outside the parks had been damaged for a long time, and there was a pressing need for extensive repairs. He noted that Jasbir Singh Bunty consistently raised this issue with Municipal Corporation officials and personally inspected the site multiple times to issue necessary directives, ultimately enabling the project to commence.
He explained that the work involves a combination of repairing old paver blocks and installing new ones in a 70:30 ratio outside all the sector's parks. Old and damaged blocks will be removed and replaced with high-quality new ones, ensuring that no defective or broken materials are used anywhere. Major General C.S. Bebli remarked that Jasbir Singh Bunty remains constantly active and dedicated to the area's development. This important project has been made possible through his persistent efforts and commitment to the public interest. Upon completion, the project will provide better amenities for senior citizens, women, children, and all park visitors, while also significantly enhancing the aesthetic appeal of Sector-36.Expressing their thanks to Jasbir Singh Bunty and the Municipal Corporation administration, residents hoped that work related to the development of Sector-36 and public amenities would continue to be prioritized in the future.
