Nissan registers third consecutive month of growth in domestic sales
Chandigarh 2 June (Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal) : Nissan Motor India today announced its sales performance for May 2026. The company's domestic sales in May have witnessed a robust growth of 118% on a year-on-year basis. Last month, the company sold a total of 2,948 units in the domestic market. During the same period, 5,023 cars were exported, taking the company's total sales to 7,971 units. Nissan Motor India has registered a third consecutive month of growth in domestic sales on a year-on-year basis. This has strengthened the company's position in the Indian market.
Saurabh Vats, Managing Director, Nissan Motor India Private Limited, said, "The third consecutive month of growth in domestic sales is an encouraging reflection of customer confidence in Nissan products.
