HRERA Orders Civil Imprisonment of TDI Infrastructure Directors in Execution Case Panchkula 21 May ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : In a significant order, the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA), Panchkula has directed civil imprisonment of directors of TDI Infrastructure Limited in an execution matter arising out of Complaint No. 2950 of 2019 filed by Narender Kumar. The order was passed by HRERA Member Chander Shekhar in Execution No. 1208 of 2024 after the Authority observed repeated non-compliance of its earlier directions by the judgment debtor company and its directors. Advocate Akshat Mittal said that The Authority noted that despite issuance of show-cause notices under Order XXI Rule 41(3) CPC and several opportunities granted, the directors neither filed personal replies nor complied with the execution order. ਟੀਡੀਆਈ ਇਨਫਰਾਸਟ੍ਰਕਚਰ ਦੇ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਸਿਵਲ ਕੈਦ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਪੰਚਕੂਲਾ 21 ਮਈ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਇੱਕ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ, ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਰੀਅਲ ਅਸਟੇਟ ਰੈਗੂਲੇਟਰੀ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ (HRERA), ਪੰਚਕੂਲਾ ਨੇ TDI ਇਨਫਰਾਸਟ੍ਰਕਚਰ ਲਿਮਟਿਡ ਦੇ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਵਲ ਕੈਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਭੇਜਣ ਦਾ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਦਾਇਰ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਨੰਬਰ 2950 ਆਫ 2019 ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਐਗਜ਼ੀਕਿਊਸ਼ਨ ਨੰਬਰ 1208 ਆਫ 2024 ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਸ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। HRERA ਮੈਂਬਰ ਚੰਦਰ ਸ਼ੇਖਰ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਹੁਕਮ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਦੇ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵਾਰ-ਵਾਰ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ। ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਅਕਸ਼ਿਤ ਮਿੱਤਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਪਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਆਰਡਰ XXI ਨਿਯਮ 41(3) CPC ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਕਾਰਨ ਦੱਸੋ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਕਈ ਮੌਕੇ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ, ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਜਵਾਬ ਦਾਇਰ ਕਰਨ ਜਾਂ ਹੁਕਮ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸਫਲ ਰਹੇ। ਅਥਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਜਾਣਬੁੱਝ ਕੇ ਡਿਕ੍ਰੀ ਰਕਮ ਦਾ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਵਾਪਸ ਮੰਗਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਦਾਇਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਇੱਕ ਲੰਬੀ ਰਣਨੀਤੀ ਅਪਣਾ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ। ਹੁਕਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਨਿਆਂਇਕ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਦਾ ਨਿਰਾਦਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੇ ਸਰੋਤ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। HRERA ਨੇ 31 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ, 2025 ਅਤੇ 24 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ, 2026 ਦੇ ...

Punjab government should immediately pay the outstanding allowances of the employees and follow the orders of the High Court : Giani Harpreet Singh Chandigarh 21 May ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : Shiromani Akali Dal (Resurgent) President Giani Harpreet Singh has welcomed the decision of the Punjab and Haryana High Court in favor of the employees regarding the payment of outstanding allowances through a written press statement. He said that this decision is a victory for the right of the employee class which was being demanded by them for a long time.  He appealed to the Punjab government to immediately implement the second order of the High Court without any further hurdle and release the outstanding installments of DA to the employees. He said that government employees are the backbone of the administration and it is the primary responsibility of the government to protect their economic rights. Today, at the Noida office of the Working Journalist Media Council, the organization’s Chairman Kumar Saurabh handed over the appointment letter and ID card to Jarnail Singh and provided guidelines regarding his responsibilities and work. On this occasion, the National Chairman of the organization stated that Punjab is a border state of the country, and many social media channels there are operating freely without following any government guidelines.
