9 ਸਾਲਾ ਪੀੜਤਾ ਦੇ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ੇ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਨਹਿਤ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 12 ਅਗਸਤ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ 9 ਸਾਲਾ ਬੱਚੀ ਨਾਲ ਜਬਰ-ਜਨਾਹ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੀੜਤ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ਾ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਤਹਿਤ ਰਾਹਤ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਦਾਇਰ ਜਨਹਿਤ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ’ਤੇ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਅਗਲੀ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ 16 ਸਤੰਬਰ 2026 ਨੂੰ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਐਡਵੋਕੇਟ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਰ ਕੌਂਸਲ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਹਰਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੁਲਤਾਨੀ ਨੇ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਇਹ ਜਨਹਿਤ ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ CWP-PIL-217-2026 ‘ਫਾਈਟ ਫਾਰ ਰਾਈਟ–ਦ ਵੌਇਸ ਆਫ ਅਨਹਰਡ ਵਿਕਟਿਮਜ਼ ਵੈਲਫੇਅਰ ਸੋਸਾਇਟੀ’ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਦਾਇਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਪਟੀਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੋਕਸੋ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਤਹਿਤ ਜਿਨਸੀ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰ ਬੱਚੀ ਨੂੰ ਪੀੜਤ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ਾ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਰਾਹਤ ਦੇਣ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਉਠਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਮਾਮਲਾ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਕਰਤਾਰਪੁਰ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਮੰਡ ਮੌਰ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਹੈ। ਉਪਲਬਧ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ 9 ਸਾਲਾ ਬੱਚੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਾਪਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਖੇਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ। ਦੋਸ਼ ਹੈ ਕਿ 35 ਸਾਲਾ ਇੱਕ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਪੀਤਾ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਬਹਾਨੇ ਖੇਤਾਂ ਨੇੜੇ ਲੈ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਜਬਰ-ਜਨਾਹ ਕੀਤਾ। ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੱਚੀ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੜਕ ਕਿਨਾਰੇ ਮਿਲੀ। ਪਰਿਵ...
