ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਜਿਸ ਤਰਾਂ ਨਸ਼ੇ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ 'ਤੇ ਸਿਰਫ ਬਦਨਾਮੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਚੈਲੰਜ ਵਾਂਗ ਲੈਣ : ਰਵੀਇੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 30 ਸਤੰਬਰ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਸਿੱਖ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਵਾਨ ਆਗੂ, ਸਾਬਕਾ ਸਪੀਕਰ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਪੁਨਰ-ਸੁਰਜੀਤ ਦੇ ਸਰਪ੍ਰਸਤ ਸ ਰਵੀਇੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਇਕ ਲਿਖਤੀ ਪ੍ਰੈੱਸ ਬਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਨਸ਼ੇ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਫੁੱਟਬਾਲ ਵਾਂਗ ਸਮਝਕੇ ਕਦੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਕਦੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਕ ਦੂਜੇ 'ਤੇ ਗੋਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਪਰ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਉਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸਾਫ ਝਲਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਖਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਗੰਭੀਰਤਾ ਦੀ ਕਿੰਨੀ ਘਾਟ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਹ ਕਿਲੋਮੀਟਰ ਸਰਹੱਦੀ ਪੱਟੀ 'ਤੇ ਕਾਬਜ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਗੁਆਂਢੀ ਮੁਲਕਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਡਰੋਨਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਨਸ਼ੇ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੁਰੀ ਤਰਾਂ ਫੇਲ੍ਹ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਮੁਕਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਰੈਲੀਆਂ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉੱਥੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਯੁੱਧ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਵੀ ਕੋਈ ਅਸਰ ਨਹੀ ਵਿਖਾ ਸਕਿਆ ਕਿ ਜਮੀਨੀ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਖਤਮ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੋਵੇ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਯਤਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਸ਼ੇੜੀ ਦੇ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਸਿਰਫ ਬਦਨਾਮ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੀ ਜਾਪਦਾ ਹੈ।  ਰਵੀਇੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਜਾਗਰੂਕ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਰਾਜਨੀ...
