ਕਣਕ ਦੀ ਐੱਮ.ਐੱਸ.ਪੀ. ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਮੂਲੀ ਵਾਧਾ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਕੋਝਾ ਮਜ਼ਾਕ, ਲਾਹੇਵੰਦ ਭਾਅ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸਾਨੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਚ ਸਕਦੀ : ਹਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਲੱਖੋਵਾਲ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 30 ਸਤੰਬਰ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਲੱਖੋਵਾਲ ਦੇ ਸੂਬਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਹਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਲੱਖੋਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਣਕ ਸਮੇਤ ਹਾੜ੍ਹੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਫ਼ਸਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਐੱਮ.ਐੱਸ.ਪੀ. ਸਬੰਧੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਵਾਧੇ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਧੋਖਾ ਅਤੇ ਕੋਝਾ ਮਜ਼ਾਕ ਕਰਾਰ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਖੇਤੀ ਲਾਗਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਵਾਧਾ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਕਣਕ ਦੀ ਫ਼ਸਲ ਲਈ ਐੱਮ.ਐੱਸ.ਪੀ. ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਵਾਧਾ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਉਮੀਦਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਲੋੜਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਘੱਟ ਹੈ। ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਅੰਕੜਿਆਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕਣਕ ਦੀ ਐੱਮ.ਐੱਸ.ਪੀ. 2027-28 ਜੋ ਕਣਕ ਦੇ ਭਾਅ ਵਿੱਚ 25 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਕੁਇੰਟਲ ਕੁਇੰਟਲ ਦਾ ਵਾਧਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਸਿਰਫ ਤੇ ਸਿਰਫ ਤਕਰੀਬਨ 1% ਵਾਧਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਕੋਝਾ ਮਜ਼ਾਕ ਹੈ ।   ਸੂਬਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਹਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਲੱਖੋਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਡੀਜ਼ਲ, ਖਾਦਾਂ, ਬੀਜਾਂ, ਦਵਾਈਆਂ, ਮਸ਼ੀਨਰੀ, ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੰਚਾਈ ਸਮੇਤ ਖੇਤੀ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਖ਼ਰਚੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰ ਵਾਰ ਤਕਰੀਬਨ 30 ਤੋਂ 35% ਵਾਧਾ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਅੰਕੜਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਧਾ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਸਲ ਲਾਗਤ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਲਾਹੇਵੰਦ ਭਾਅ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ...
