Fit India Swachhata Freedom Run 6.0 organised by BBMB
Chandigarh 31 October ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : The Bhakra Beas Management Board (BBMB) organized the Fit India Swachhata Freedom Run 6.0 on Friday, under the theme "From Cleanliness to Cleanliness." Employees from Sector 19 and Industrial Area Phase 1 of BBMB Chandigarh participated in the event. Bhakra Beas Management Board Chairman Manoj Tripathi was the chief guest. The program began at the BBMB Board Secretariat in Sector 19. Chief guest Manoj Tripathi began the program by administering a pledge of cleanliness and national unity to the employees present. He then urged the employees present to maintain cleanliness around them and to keep the country clean. He stated that cleanliness is not only good for physical health but also beneficial for mental health. According to Chairman Manoj Tripathi, healthy employees will be able to contribute more to the organization's work. Afterward, approximately two hundred and fifty BBMB employees participated in the run, running from Sector 19 to the BMP Board Secretariat and back to the Secretariat. During the run, the employees also volunteered to clean up. After the run was completed, refreshments were organized for the employees at the Board Secretariat.
