ਫਿਕੀ ਨੇ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਬਜਟ 2026-27 ਦਾ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਕੀਤਾ, ਕਿਹਾ - ਖੇਤਰ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਤੇ ਉਦਯੋਗਪਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ ਖਾਸ ਲਾਭ
ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 2 ਫਰਵਰੀ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਰਮਨ ਮਿੱਤਲ, ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ, ਐਫਆਈਸੀਸੀ (FICCI) ਪੰਜਾਬ, ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਐਡਵਾਈਜ਼ਰੀ ਕਾਉਂਸਿਲ ਨੇ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਬਜਟ 2026-27 ਦਾ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਬਜਟ ਵਿਚ ਸੁਧਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਾਉਣ, ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਖਰਚ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਨਵੀਂ ਤਕਨੀਕ ਵਾਲੇ ਉਦਯੋਗਾਂ ਤੇ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ-ਆਧਾਰਿਤ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖਾਸ ਉਤਸਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜ ਦੇ ਗਰੀਬ ਤੇ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਵਰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਦਾ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਇਹ ਬਜਟ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਅਰਥਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਬਹੁਤ ਅਹਿਮ ਵੇਲਾ ਹੈ। ਭਾਰਤ-ਯੂਰਪੀਅਨ ਯੂਨੀਅਨ ਫ੍ਰੀ ਟ੍ਰੇਡ ਐਗਰੀਮੈਂਟ ਨਾਲ ਹੁਣ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਉਤਪਾਦਾਂ ਲਈ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਬਾਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਰਾਹਾਂ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਮੈਨੂਫੈਕਚਰਿੰਗ ਤੇ ਖੇਤੀ-ਮਸ਼ੀਨੀਕਰਨ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡੇ ਐਕਸਪੋਰਟ ਆਧਾਰਿਤ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਚੱਕਰ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਉੱਤੇ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਹੈ। ਬਜਟ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦਾ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਸੰਕੇਤ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਨਵੀਨਤਾ, ਲੋਕਲ ਉਤਪਾਦਨ ਤੇ ਗਲੋਬਲ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਨੂੰ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਵਧਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਵਿਚ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਅਦਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹਿਣ।
ਬਜਟ ਵਿਚ ਖੇਤੀ ਤੇ ਸਹਿਕਾਰਤਾ, ਐੱਮਐੱਸਐੱਮਈ, ਟੈਕਸਟਾਈਲ, ਖੇਡ ਸਾਮਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਫਾਰਮਾ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਰੱਖੇ ਗਏ ਪ੍ਰਸਤਾਵ ਖਾਸ ਤੌਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ, ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਤੇ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਤੇ ਉਦਯੋਗਪਤੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਲਾਭਦਾਇਕ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੋਣਗੇ।
