ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ.ਨਗਰ 10 ਮਈ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਫਤਿਹ-ਏ-ਜੰਗ ਸਾਹਿਬ, ਚੱਪੜਚਿੜੀ ਕਲਾਂ (ਮੋਹਾਲੀ) ਵਿਖੇ "ਸਰਹਿੰਦ ਫਤਿਹ ਦਿਵਸ" ਸ਼ਰਧਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਨਾਲ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਜ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਖੰਡ ਪਾਠ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਬੀਬੀ ਪਰਮਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ ਜੀ ਲਾਡਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਸੰਗਤ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਿੱਖ ਕੌਮ ਦੇ ਮਹਾਨ ਜਰਨੈਲ ਬਾਬਾ ਬੰਦਾ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਨੇ ਚੱਪੜਛੜੀ ਦੇ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਜਿਦ ਖਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਾ ਕੇ ਸਰਹਿੰਦ ਨੂੰ ਫ਼ਤਿਹ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਦਿਹਾੜਾ ਹਰ ਸਾਲ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਖੰਡ ਪਾਠ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਭੋਗ 12 ਮਈ, ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਵੇਰੇ 8:30 ਵਜੇ ਪਾਏ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਚੱਪੜਛੜੀ ਤੋਂ ਫਤਿਹਗੜ੍ਹ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਤੱਕ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਫਤਿਹ ਮਾਰਚ ਕੱਢਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਤਾਲਮੇਲ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵੀ ਹੋਈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਆਗੂ ਗੁਰਕਿਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਸਮੇਤ ਕਈ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਸ਼ਖਸੀਅਤਾਂ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸਨ।
