The leaders stated that in 2025, Verka Milkfed had floated tenders to provide hybrid maize seeds to farmers at a 30 percent subsidy. The tender was reportedly awarded to a Mansa-based firm, Nav-Durga Trading Company. It was alleged that the firm only submitted bills for the seeds, while no actual supply was made. Panchkula 23 May ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : A wonderful confluence of art, poetry, and sensibility was on display at the "Andaaz-e-Bayan" event held at Kadamba Art Studio in Panchkula on Saturday evening. In this special event, the stone sculptures of the late sculptor Brijendra Syal were presented in a moving manner by his daughter, Abhiruchi Sunderlal. The exhibition's theme was inspired by the timeless poetry of the great poet Mirza Ghalib, which deeply resonated with art lovers.
The program included a recitation of the works of the late Urdu poet K.C. Dewan by his daughter, Meenu Majithia. The presentation of ghazals and nazms created a deeply emotional and literary atmosphere. The audience applauded this unique blend of art and poetry.
Neenu Vij, curator of the event, explained that the aim of "Andaaz-e-Bayan" is to provide an experience of art, not just viewing it, but also experiencing it. The event saw a significant attendance of the city's artists, literary figures, and art lovers.
