ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 30 ਜੂਨ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਇਹ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਟੇਬਲ ਟੈਨਿਸ ਲਈ ਮਾਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ। ਪਾਜ਼ੀਟਿਵ ਟੇਬਲ ਟੈਨਿਸ ਅਕੈਡਮੀ ਦੇ ਸੰਸਥਾਪਕ ਅਤੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਕੋਚ ਪੁਲਕਿਤ ਅਰੋੜਾ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਮੀਬੀਆ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਟੇਬਲ ਟੈਨਿਸ ਟੀਮ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਕੋਚ ਦੇ ਅਹੁਦੇ ਲਈ ਸ਼ਾਰਟਲਿਸਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਨਾਮੀਬੀਆ ਟੇਬਲ ਟੈਨਿਸ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨ ( ਐਨਟੀਟੀਏ ) ਨੇ ਪੁਲਕਿਤ ਅਰੋੜਾ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਈਮੇਲ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਚੋਣ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਦੇ ਅਗਲੇ ਪੜਾਅ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੀ ਸ਼ਾਰਟਲਿਸਟਿੰਗ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ। ਅਗਲੇ ਪੜਾਅ ਵਿੱਚ, ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਅਗਲੇ ਦੋ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਲਈ ਨਾਮੀਬੀਆ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਟੀਮ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੀ ਅਨੁਮਾਨਤ ਤਨਖਾਹ, ਕੋਚਿੰਗ ਵਿਜ਼ਨ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਰਣਨੀਤਕ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਪੁਲਕਿਤ ਅਰੋੜਾ ਇੱਕ ਆਈਟੀਟੀਐਫ ਲੈਵਲ-2 ਪ੍ਰਮਾਣਿਤ ਕੋਚ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ 14 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਐਥਲੀਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਦੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸਨੇ 2024 ਆਈਟੀਟੀਐਫ ਐਫ ਪੈਰਾ ਥਾਈਲੈਂਡ ਓਪਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਕੋਚ ਵਜੋਂ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਨੁਮਾਇੰਦਗੀ ਕੀਤੀ । ਉਸਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ, ਕਈ ਐਥਲੀਟਾਂ ਨੇ ਰਾਜ, ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਤਗਮੇ ਜਿੱਤ ਕੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਰੌਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ । ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ 'ਤੇ, ਪੁਲਕਿਤ ਅਰੋੜਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, "ਨਾਮੀਬੀਆ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਟੀਮ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਕੋਚ ਦੇ ਅਹੁਦੇ ਲਈ ਸ਼ਾਰਟਲਿਸਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਮਾਣ ਅਤੇ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਮੇਰੀ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਰਪਣ ਦਾ ਸਿੱਟਾ ਹੈ।" ਉਸਨੇ ਇਸ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸਦਾ ਸਾਥ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ, ਮਾਪਿਆਂ, ਸਹਿਯੋਗੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ੁਭਚਿੰਤਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ।
