Chandigarh 6 June ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : The PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI), through its Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh Chapters in association with the Regional Fashion Tex Tech Forum, hosted a grand Welcome Reception in honour of *Shri Taranjit Singh Sandhu, Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Delhi*, in Chandigarh.
