Warring, in a statement issued here today, said that people were peacefully protesting in Ambala and seeking the release of two Sikh youths arrested arbitrarily by the Haryana Police. The appointment was approved by issuing a letter from the party's head office late in the evening. Office Secretary Pargat Singh Mianwind while issuing the letter said that Balraj Singh Bhattal (Jagrao) has been given a big responsibility to take the party's policies to every household and to make the party stronger and more effective at the grassroots level.
