Chandigarh 25 August ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : The Ramlila organized by Shri Ram Sevak Yuva Kala Manch at the Dussehra Ground in Sector 48 will showcase a blend of tradition and modern technology this year, making it a major attraction for the audience. According to Manch President Deepak Garg , special high-tech security arrangements, including CCTV cameras, are being installed across the Ramlila premises to monitor anti-social elements and ensure a safe environment for devotees and visitors.
A grand sound and light show will be another major highlight. Key episodes of the Ramlila will be presented using modern technology, enhanced lighting and advanced sound effects to make the performances more engaging and impactful. A women-centric management team has been formed, with women being given important responsibilities in various aspects of the organization and arrangements. Young volunteers will also play an active role in the event.
Under the supervision of Chief Patron Sanjeev Malik , special costumes and designer outfits are being prepared for the artistes. As the dress designer, Malik is finalizing traditional yet attractive costumes according to the characters and their roles. The Shri Ram Sevak Yuva Kala Manch has earlier also been known for organizing Ramlila performances in Sector 48. The preparations for this year's event have begun with a flag-hoisting ceremony , marking the formal commencement of the Ramlila celebrations.
