According to the appointment letter issued on August 14, 2026, by Bhupinder Kumar Sharma, Working President, District Congress Sewa Dal, the appointment of Vishal Sharma was made with the approval and after due consultation with Subhash Bhargav, President, Punjab Pradesh Congress Sewa Dal.
