Chandigarh Youth get a direct road to the Prime Minister: Viksit Bharat Quiz open till 30 September
Chandigarh 16 September ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : MY Bharat Chandigarh (UT) today appealed to young people across Union Territory to register on mybharat.gov.in and attempt the Viksit Bharat Quiz, the opening stage of the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue (VBYLD) 2027. The quiz is open till 30 September 2026. Briefing the media at Chandigarh, UT Director- My Bharat the office highlighted that the quiz is the entry point to a five-stage, entirely merit-based journey that ends with selected youth presenting their ideas before the Hon'ble Prime Minister in New Delhi in January 2027.
VBYLD 2027 is organised by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, with MY Bharat as the executing agency.

Who can take part : Any young person aged 15 to 29 years residing in Chandigarh.
Registration and all digital rounds are free and hosted on the MY Bharat portal in multiple languages.
Youth already registered on the portal need not register again—they can attempt the quiz directly.
Chandigarh's Theme & Regional Cluster
Chandigarh is part of the National Capital Region (Niti Nagar) cluster along with Delhi, Haryana, and Punjab.
The core theme for this cluster is "Future Governance, Urban Transformation and Citizen Services."
Participants will address how India can build the world's most efficient, transparent, and citizen-centric governance ecosystem by 2047, with district and UT-level topics tailoring this specifically to Chandigarh's urban landscape.
