Government Should Release Pending 134-A Reimbursement at ₹1,750 Per Student Per Month and End Discrimination Between Private and Government School Students and Teachers : Kulbhushan Sharma Chandigarh 1 June ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : National President of the National Independent Schools Alliance (NISA), Kulbhushan Sharma, has urged the Haryana Government to immediately release the pending reimbursement amounts under Rule 134-A, Section 12(1)(c) of the Right to Education (RTE) Act, the Chirag Scheme, and other government-sponsored education schemes, which have remained unpaid since 2015. He stated that private schools have been implementing various student welfare schemes of the government by providing free admissions, quality education, and essential facilities to lakhs of students. Education Department employees march towards Chief Minister's residence, police block road near Nature Park behind Burail Jail

S.A.S.Nagar May 31( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : On Sunday, Education Department employees marched towards Chandigarh to surround Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann's official residence with other legitimate demands including restoration of Punjab scale, old pension and allowances, but Mohali and Chandigarh Police blocked the path of the protesters by erecting barricades near Nature Park in Mohali behind Burail Jail. Due to which tension increased due to the scuffle between the police and employees.

Education Department employees had gathered in front of Gurdwara Amb Sahib at 11 am today under the banner of Old Scale, Old Pension and Allowance Restoration Morcha. From here, they started the march towards the Chief Minister's residence on foot. The organization's provincial leaders Vikramdev Singh, Mahinder Kodiawali, Kuldeep Singh Barnala, Deepak Kamboj, Rajinder Singh Sandha, Gurdeep Bassi, Sandeep Gill, Shalinder Kamboj, Gurmeet Singh Bhunder and Jagmohan Singh said that they have been struggling for their demands step by step for a long time but so far nothing has been achieved except false slogans. Due to which they have been forced to take this action today.
