ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ 1500 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਹੋਰ ਲੋਨ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਘੇਰੀ ਆਪ ਸਰਕਾਰ

ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 26 ਜੂਨ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜਾ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ 1500 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਹੋਰ ਲੋਨ ਲੈਣ 'ਤੇ ਤਿੱਖਾ ਰੋਸ ਜ਼ਾਹਿਰ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ, ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਿਵਾਲੀਆਪਨ ਵੱਲ ਧੱਕਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੂਬੇ ਨੂੰ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਕਰਜ਼ੇ ਦੇ ਬੋਝ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਦੱਬਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਯਕੀਨ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਆਪ ਅਗਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਦਿਵਾਲੀਆ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ 'ਤੇ ਕਰਜ਼ਾ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਲਗਭਗ 4.5 ਲੱਖ ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਆਪ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਹ ਜਾਣਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਵੀ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਬੇਲੋੜੇ ਕਰਜ਼ੇ ਲੈ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਇਸਦੇ ਕਿ ਉਸਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਪੂਰਾ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਅਗਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਲਈ ਵੱਡੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਦੇਣਦਾਰੀਆਂ ਛੱਡ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕਰਜ਼ੇ ਚੁਕਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਕਈ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਲੱਗ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਲੇਕਿਨ ਦੁੱਖ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਕਤ ਕਰਜ਼ਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਉਤਪਾਦਕ ਜਾਂ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਕੰਮ ਲਈ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਆਪ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਫ਼ਜ਼ੂਲਖ਼ਰਚੀ ਲਈ ਲਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੇ ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਜ਼ਟ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਹਵਾਲਾ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ, ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ 1500 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਕਰਜ਼ਾ ਇਕੱਠਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸਿਕਿਊਰਿਟੀਆਂ ਵੇਚ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਤਜਰਬਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜਰ ਇਹ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਕਰਜ਼ੇ ਦੀ ਰਕਮ ਵੀ ਗੈਰ-ਉਤਪਾਦਕ ਕੰਮਾਂ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਆਪਣੀ ਨਾਕਾਮੀ ਨੂੰ ਲੁਕਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਬੇਤਹਾਸ਼ਾ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਖਰਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ, ਜਿਸਦੀ ਆਪ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ।
