Chandigarh 26 June ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : In the spirit of faith, sacrifice, and service to humanity, Shri Amar Jyoti Seva Dal organized a Bhandaral and a stall of cold sweet water in the scorching heat near the Lord Valmiki Temple in Sector 24. Senior Chandigarh Pradesh Congress leader Parveen Sharma Titu inaugurated the Bhandara and the stall and also participated in the distribution of food. UT Police constable Rajesh Kumar also participated in this service. Sir Amar Jyoti Seva Dal's revered Satguru Naveen Sarhadi stated that selfless service is the principle of social service. He added that providing water and food to passersby in this scorching heat is an excellent example of social service and service to humanity.
