ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 12 ਜੁਲਾਈ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਨਗਰ ਨਿਗਮ ਦੇ ਵਾਰਡ ਨੰਬਰ 30 ਤੋਂ ਕੌਂਸਲਰ ਹਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੁਟੇਰਲਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ 'ਵਣ-ਮਹਾਂਉਤਸਵ ਹਫ਼ਤੇ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਾਰਡ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਮਕਾਨ ਨੰਬਰ 215, 224, 256, 321, 327, 352, 361 ਅਤੇ 318 ਘਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਲੱਗਦੇ ਪਾਰਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੌਦੇ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਚਲਾਈ ਗਈ। ਆਸ-ਪਾਸ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੌਦੇ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਨੇਕ ਕਾਰਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿਲਚਸਪੀ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਕੌਂਸਲਰ ਹਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੁਟੇਰਲਾ ਦੇ ਹਰਿਆਵਲ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਵਚਨਬੱਧਤਾ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਲਾਘਾ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕੌਂਸਲਰ ਹਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੁਟੇਰਲਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਾਰਡ ਨੂੰ ਹਰਾ-ਭਰਾ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਥਾਵਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਪੌਦੇ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਨਾਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਤੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਾਰਡ ਦੇ ਵਸਨੀਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਸਾਫ਼ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਹਤਮੰਦ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਯਤਨਸ਼ੀਲ ਹਨ।
ਕੌਂਸਲਰ ਹਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਬੁਟੇਰਲਾ ਨੇ ਉਮੀਦ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਈ ਕਿ ਵਾਰਡ ਦੇ ਵਸਨੀਕ ਵੀ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪੌਦੇ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੁਹਿੰਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਰਹਿਣ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਰੁੱਖ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਮਹੱਤਤਾ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਨਤਕ ਜਾਗਰੂਕਤਾ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੱਦਦ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਚਰਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ, ਗੁਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ, ਗਰਗ ਸਾਹਿਬ, ਬੰਸੀ ਲਾਲ, ਅਸ਼ੋਕ ਕੁਮਾਰ, ਰਜਨੀ ਮਨੀਸ਼ਾ ਅਤੇ ਲਕਸ਼ਮੀ ਆਦਿ ਵੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸਨ।
