Gen Z Is Not a Problem, but a Powerful Force for Nation Building: MK Bhatia Shares Lessons After Working with Over 150 Young Celebrities
Chandigarh 26 July ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : Drawing from his experience of working with more than 150 Gen Z rockstar celebrities, entrepreneur MK Bhatia said that when he first began interacting with this generation, he did not even know what “Gen Z” meant. Today, however, he firmly believes that Gen Z is not a challenge but one of the strongest pillars of India’s future.
Bhatia said today’s youth are not merely looking for jobs; they are searching for purpose, success, and a life of dignity. They aspire to support their families, buy their dream car through hard work, and build their own identity. What they need most, he said, is someone who believes in them and helps them realise their potential.
Referring to his “Pura Pura Philosophy,” Bhatia said there is no such thing as a generation gap. “It is simply the natural cycle of life. Every successful adult was once a child, and every young person will one day become an elder,” he said. Delivering a message of hope to young people, he added, “Our time has come, and I promise every young person—your time will come too.”
Sharing the 3T – Pura Pura Philosophy, Bhatia said success in life rests on three beliefs: Believe in God, believe in your destiny, and above all, believe in yourself. He said India’s greatest strength lies in its youth. With the right guidance, opportunities, and encouragement, young people can not only transform their own lives but also play a decisive role in nation-building. “The youth are not just India’s future—they are its present as well,” he said.
