Indian Oil launches 'Darpan' customer feedback campaign in Punjab; customers can now give their feedback on toilet and air quality by scanning QR codes.
Chandigarh 24 July ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : In an effort to provide better services to its customers, Indian Oil on Friday launched a nationwide 'Darpan Customer Feedback Campaign' from Punjab. Under this campaign, customers will be able to scan the Darpan QR code installed at petrol pumps and provide their feedback directly to Indian Oil regarding toilet cleanliness and free air facility. The company says that based on the feedback received, prompt resolution of complaints and continuous improvement in services will be ensured. Ashutosh Gupta, Executive Director and State Head, Indian Oil Punjab State Office, launched the campaign at an event held at the Kapoor Service Station in Sector 21. He also inaugurated a sales incentive scheme on the occasion.
He said that customer satisfaction is not limited to quality fuel, but clean toilets, smooth free air access and excellent customer service are equally important. The 'Darpan' campaign will provide customers with an opportunity to register their opinions through a transparent and simple medium, thereby continuously improving the quality of services available at retail outlets. The campaign is being launched simultaneously across 3,014 retail outlets under the Punjab State Office. According to Indian Oil, this initiative is being launched first in Punjab and is considered a significant step towards further strengthening customer-centric services. General Manager S.M. Tomani, Deputy Manager Rajiv Ranjan and local dealer Ashu Bansal along with Indian Oil officials and dignitaries were present at the event.
