‘Clone the Founder’ Workshop Concludes in Chandigarh, Participants Create Their Own AI Clones

Chandigarh 16 August ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : The two-day ‘Clone the Founder’ workshop concluded in Chandigarh on Sunday, bringing together participants from across India and abroad, including Singapore, to learn how artificial intelligence can be transformed from a mere assistant into a digital extension of an individual’s knowledge, experience and personality. The workshop witnessed participation from people across age groups and professions. The youngest participant was a 10 year-old teenager, while a 65-year-old retired professional and an IAS officer were also among those who explored the emerging possibilities of AI technology.

During the workshop, participants were guided through practical sessions on creating their own AI clones. They learnt how their expertise, communication style, experience and knowledge can be integrated into an AI-based digital identity that can assist them in their professional and personal work. The organisers said the objective was not merely to teach participants how to use AI tools, but to help them understand how AI can be personalised to reflect an individual’s own capabilities.

Nipun Syal, who led the workshop, said, “AI should not remain just an assistant; it should become a representation of you. Only when AI understands your knowledge, experience and way of working can you truly become an AI expert.” He said AI is rapidly moving beyond conventional applications and will increasingly influence entrepreneurship, education, professional services, personal branding and business operations. Participants from different backgrounds also got an opportunity to experiment with AI and develop their own clones during the hands-on sessions. The presence of participants from Singapore and other parts of the world added an international dimension to the programme.

The organisers said the enthusiastic response to the Chandigarh edition demonstrated the growing interest among professionals, entrepreneurs, students and senior citizens in understanding and adopting AI. The two-day workshop concluded with participants showcasing their AI clones and taking back practical knowledge to integrate the technology into their respective fields.
