Victims Allege Promises of Dubai Office, Crypto Investments, Double Returns and Luxury Cars

Complaints Submitted to PMO, CBI, ED and Panchkula Police

Chandigarh 15 September ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : A case of alleged financial fraud involving the cryptocurrency-related company Luxurious Pro Network Token (LPNT) has come to light, with hundreds of people from Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh allegedly claiming to have lost crores of rupees. Victims Rajendra Dhiman of Pinjore, Panchkula; Sukhwinder Kaur; Manjit Kaur of Kiratpur Sahib; and Jaswinder Kaur of Karanpur, among others, have alleged that people were encouraged to invest through a network-marketing system on the promise of doubling their money within a short period and receiving several benefits, including luxury cars and other incentives. According to the complainants, after investors started demanding the return of their money, the company’s website allegedly became inaccessible and contact with several people associated with the network was lost.

The victims have levelled allegations against Krishna Rana, Gurpreet Antil, Honey Saini and Rajesh Naine, among others, claiming that they were allegedly induced to invest money. The complainants have also alleged that Satish Mostra was the alleged mastermind behind the entire system. These allegations have not been independently verified, and the response of the persons named in the allegations is awaited. Pinjore resident Rajendra Kumar Dhiman, who claims to be one of the victims, spoke to the media along with his advocate Amit Sharma and advocate Bhuvan Khurana. Dhiman alleged that he had invested and lost more than ₹1 crore in the scheme. According to Dhiman, he had also encouraged some of his relatives and acquaintances to invest in the company. He claimed that around 150 people from Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh invested money in LPNT-related schemes during 2021-22. The victims said that initially they developed confidence in the company after being shown details of its activities, an overseas office and its association with cryptocurrency-related business. They alleged that investors were promised attractive returns along with incentives such as luxury and expensive cars.

According to the complainants, the company was represented as having an office in Dubai, while the name of Satish Mostra was allegedly projected as the owner of the company. Rajendra Dhiman claimed that he was also provided receipts relating to the investment made overseas. The complainants alleged that after crores of rupees had been invested, the problems began when investors started seeking repayment of their money. They alleged that communication with people associated with the network gradually stopped. The victims have levelled serious allegations against Satish Mostra, Rajesh Naine, Krishna Rana, Gurpreet Antil, Honey Saini, Virendra Rana and others. However, the allegations remain unverified independently, and the concerned persons have yet to present their side.

The victims also claimed that the LPNT-related network had come to light in Rajasthan, where several vehicles were allegedly seized and some persons were arrested during action by the authorities. They further claimed that action had also been taken in connection with an alleged cyber-fraud case in Panchkula. According to the complainants, several complaints have also been submitted to Mohali Police, while people in Chandigarh are also alleged to have been affected. The victims said that, considering the seriousness of the matter, complaints have already been submitted to the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Enforcement Directorate (ED) and Panchkula Police.

Advocate Amit Sharma said that the victims had been seeking recovery of their money and action against those allegedly responsible for a long time. He alleged that despite complaints being submitted to various authorities, the pace of investigation has not been satisfactory. He demanded an impartial and high-level investigation into the entire matter. The victims have urged the investigating agencies to examine the alleged network chain, bank accounts, cryptocurrency transactions and any money allegedly transferred abroad, and take strict action against those found responsible.
