Inauguration of development work on V-4 Road in Sector 22-23:
Residents will receive significant relief
Chandigarh 17 September ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : With the blessings of Guru Sahib and the support of the residents, Ward No. 17 Councillor Damanpreet Singh Badal today formally inaugurated the development work on V-4 Road in Sector 22-23, from the Aroma Hotel to the Sector 23 lights. This work was initiated on a priority basis due to the long-standing problems faced by local residents and shopkeepers regarding the road's condition. His wife, Monica Nagpal, was also present on the occasion.
Aroma Hotel owner Manmohan Singh, Bablu, Anil Chemist owner Ajay Joshi, social worker Pooja Ghai, Bittu Ji, Bittu Ji, Anshul Bajaj, Sham Provision Store owner Vicky Ji, and other local shopkeepers, Resident Welfare Association officials, and other dignitaries were present. On the occasion of the inauguration of the development work, Ward No. 17 Councilor Damanpreet Singh Nagpal said that this road is extremely important for the area and is used by a large number of people every day. The development of the road will provide better and easier transportation for residents, shopkeepers, and passersby.
Damanpreet Singh Nagpal stated that providing better basic amenities and resolving the problems of the people in Sectors 22 and 23 of Ward No. 17 has been his priority since the beginning. Development work is being carried out continuously according to the needs of the area, and public welfare projects will continue to be prioritized in the future. Expressing gratitude to all the residents, shopkeepers, and concerned officials who supported the development work, he said that development of the area is possible only through collective cooperation.
