However, Wadala said that the legal notice should actually have been served to Advocate Arshdeep Singh Kaler, spokesperson of the Shiromani Akali Dal (Badal), who had declared during a press conference yesterday that any television channel could telecast Gurbani live through the link issued by the SGPC. Special Religious Program Organized at Jai Mata Kinnar Temple on the Auspicious Occasion of Buddha Purnima
Chandigarh 2 May ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : On the auspicious occasion of Buddha Purnima, a special religious program was organized at the Jai Mata Kinnar Temple, located in Sector-26, Chandigarh. Under the spiritual guidance of the temple's presiding head, Shri Shri 1008 Mahamandaleshwar Maa Kamalinand Giri Maharaj, a *Havan-Yajna* (sacred fire ritual) and ceremonial worship were performed in honor of Lord Lakshmi-Narasimha.
On this occasion, the *Chitragupta Prakatya Utsav* (Festival of the Manifestation of Chitragupta) was also celebrated with deep reverence and devotion, witnessing enthusiastic participation from devotees. Following the *Havan-Yajna* and ceremonial worship, *Prasad* (sacred food offering) was distributed among the devotees.
