Service Recognition Ceremony Held at the 175th Monthly Community Feast of Mat-Pita Gaudham Mahatirth; Social Workers Honored
S.A.S.Nagar 5 July ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : A grand 'Seva Samman Samaroh' (Service Felicitation Ceremony) was organized on the occasion of the 175th monthly *Bhandara* held at Mat-Pita Gaudham Mahateerth, located on the Banur-Ambala Road in Khallaur village, Mohali. On this occasion, the organization honored inspiring individuals who have made outstanding contributions in the fields of society, the nation, the environment, spirituality, and public service. A large number of devotees, cow enthusiasts, and social workers from various regions—including Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and Delhi—were present on this occasion.
An atmosphere of immense enthusiasm and devotion prevailed among the devotees throughout the program. Immersed in a spirit of deep devotion during the *Havan-Yajna*, *Satsang*, and *Bhajan-Kirtan*, the devotees received the blessings of *Kamadhenu Mata*—the divine cow, Nandini. The highlight of the event was the 'Seva Samman' (Service Honor) ceremony, in which four inspiring individuals who have made distinguished contributions to society were honored.The respected Lakhwinder Singh (Bhure Da Dhaba) was honored for his efforts to rescue Punjab's youth from the quagmire of drug abuse and inspire them—through wrestling and sports—to lead disciplined, healthy lives and contribute to nation-building .At the end of the program, a grand banquet was organized, in which thousands of devotees partook of the prasad. The devotees present appreciated the Seva Samman ceremony and said that such events continuously strengthen the spirit of service, culture and respect in the society.
