S.A.S.Nagar 14 July ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : On one hand, farmers have taken to the streets over land polling and today, a large number of truck body builders from Sri Fatehgarh Sahib, who came to the SCBC Morcha running near the lights of Mohali Phase 7 by SCBC Maha Panchayat Punjab, demanded justice for the oppression they are facing. They said that our 40-50 year old businesses are being demolished, which will affect about 10 thousand people and their livelihood will be disrupted.
Morcha President Balwinder Singh Kumbha while talking to the press said that on one hand the government is making big promises to provide employment and on the other hand the running businesses are being forcibly closed and injustice is being done to the families associated with them. Our Morcha will never tolerate this and we give the government a 15-day ultimatum, if the notification is not cancelled within that time then after 15 days a large number of organizations will reach Sri Fatehgarh Sahib and a huge gathering will be held to block the Chakka.
