ਟੋਰਾਂਟੋ/ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 2 ਅਗਸਤ (ਹਰਦੇਵ ਚੌਹਾਨ/ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਜਗਤ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸਭਾ ਟੋਰਾਂਟੋ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ, ਸਾਹਿਤ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ-ਪ੍ਰਸਾਰ ਲਈ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਮਹੀਨਾਵਾਰੀ ਸਾਹਿਤਕ ਸਮਾਗਮ ‘ਗੀਤ, ਗ਼ਜ਼ਲ, ਸ਼ਾਇਰੀ’ ਇਸ ਵਾਰ ਐਤਵਾਰ, 16 ਅਗਸਤ 2026 ਨੂੰ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ 1:30 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ 4:30 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ 134 ਕੈਨੇਡੀ ਰੋਡ, ਟੋਰਾਂਟੋ (ਕੈਨੇਡਾ) ਵਿਖੇ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਜਗਤ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸਭਾ ਟੋਰਾਂਟੋ ਦੇ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਅਜੈਬ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੱਠਾ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮਹਿਮਾਨ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਬਾਲ ਮੁਕੰਦ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਜੀ ਹੋਣਗੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰੀ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਬਣਾਏਗੀ। ਸਮਾਗਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਕਵੀਆਂ, ਸ਼ਾਇਰਾਂ, ਗਾਇਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਹਿਤ ਪ੍ਰੇਮੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਗੀਤ, ਗ਼ਜ਼ਲਾਂ, ਕਵਿਤਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਇਰੀ ਦੀ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸਾਹਿਤ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰ ਦੀ ਖੂਬਸੂਰਤੀ ਦਾ ਰੰਗ ਬਿਖਰੇਗਾ।
ਸਭਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸਰਦੂਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਥਿਆੜਾ ਅਤੇ ਕੋਆਰਡੀਨੇਟਰ ਜਸਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇਸੂਵੀ ਨੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ, ਸਾਹਿਤਕਾਰਾਂ, ਕਲਾਕਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਗੀਤ ਪ੍ਰੇਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਸਾਹਿਤਕ ਮਹਿਫ਼ਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਸਮੇਤ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਦਾ ਨਿੱਘਾ ਸੱਦਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਅਹੁਦੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਹਿਤ ਨੂੰ ਨਵੀਂ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਸੀ ਸਾਂਝ, ਪਿਆਰ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਏਕਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਕੇ ਇਸ ਸਾਹਿਤਕ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਨੂੰ ਸਫ਼ਲ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
