RWA Sector 18 held a meeting with police officials regarding security in Sector 18 Chandigarh 19 September ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : An important meeting was held at the Sector 18 Community Center on Saturday, September 19th, to discuss the security situation in the area and the concerns of residents. DSP-East P Abhinandan and Sector 19 Police Station in-charge Sarita Roy were special guests at the meeting. S.A.S.Nagar 10 August ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : After successfully conducting workshops in Las Vegas, Singapore, Costa Rica and Malaysia, the ‘Clone the Founder’ workshop is being organised in the Tricity for the first time. The logo of the workshop was unveiled at an event in Phase 9, Mohali, where noted entrepreneur and mentor Nipun Syal explained the concept and objectives of the initiative. Nipun Syal said ‘Clone the Founder’ aims to help entrepreneurs and business leaders develop systems, leadership teams and business processes that reduce the dependence of a business on its founder. The objective is to ensure that the business continues to operate efficiently and grow even in the founder’s absence.
Participants to Learn How to Create Their Own AI Clone : The workshop, scheduled to be held at JW Marriott on August 15 and 16, will give participants an opportunity to understand how modern artificial intelligence technologies and structured business processes can be used to incorporate a founder’s knowledge, experience, decision-making approach and working style into the functioning of a business. Syal said the objective is not to replace the founder, but to integrate the founder’s thinking, experience and expertise into a system that enables the entire organisation to function more effectively.
He said that in today’s rapidly changing business environment, there is a growing need for business models where a company’s success does not depend solely on the presence and decisions of one individual. By systematically capturing a founder’s experience and working style through artificial intelligence, businesses can become more efficient, scalable and better equipped for growth. The workshop will provide entrepreneurs with insights into developing better business systems, strengthening teams and using artificial intelligence in practical ways to transform and take their businesses to the next level.
