MK Bhatia Group to Gift a Free Car to One Employee Through Diwali Lucky Draw
35 lucky-draw slips sealed in the box; winner to be announced next Wednesday
Employees across all levels, from security guards to senior staff, will be eligible, with a minimum service requirement of 18 months
Panchkula 21 October ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : Taking its unique initiative for social service and employee welfare a step further, MK Bhatia is introducing a new feature in this year’s Diwali car-gifting programme. One employee working in the MK Bhatia Group companies will receive a car absolutely free through a lucky draw. Slips of all eligible employees who have completed at least 18 months of service with the group will be included in the draw. The highlight of this initiative is that employees from every level, from security guards to senior officials, will have an equal opportunity to win. The aim is to reinforce the message that being associated with MK Bhatia means more than just having a job; it means being part of a family where every employee deserves respect, a sense of belonging and opportunities for encouragement.
From Guard Sanjay to Senior Staff, Everyone Gets a Chance. Under this initiative, an employee’s designation or position will not determine their opportunity to participate. All eligible employees who have completed the stipulated 18 months of service will have their slips included in the lucky draw, giving employees across different categories a chance to win the car. The new initiative will complement the group’s existing tradition of gifting cars to employees during Diwali. The established practice of presenting cars to other eligible employees will continue as before. This year’s programme is aimed at strengthening employee welfare, family spirit and mutual trust. The underlying message of MK Bhatia’s initiative is that every employee’s contribution matters to the organisation’s success and everyone deserves to share in the joy of Diwali.
