Message of Prophet Muhammad Sahib on Respecting and Protecting Nature Also Highlighted
S.A.S.Nagar 26 August ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : Students of Star Public School, Sector-69, Mohali, participated in a tree plantation drive and spread the message of environmental protection. The students planted saplings on the school premises and pledged to take care of them while encouraging people to plant more trees.
Along with the message of the ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ campaign, the programme also highlighted Prophet Muhammad Sahib’s message of respecting and protecting nature and the environment. The school management said that developing a sense of environmental responsibility among children is the need of the hour. Such tree plantation activities not only connect students with nature but also inspire society to contribute towards keeping the surroundings clean, green and healthy.
