Goodness Mandala Making Competition Held at DPS Mohali to Celebrate Dussehra
S.A.S.Nagar 16 October ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : On the auspicious occasion of Dussehra, Delhi Public School, Mohali organized a Goodness Mandala Making Competition for the students on the theme ‘Triumph of Good Over Evil – Celebrating Virtues Within’ on October 16. The competition aimed at sensitizing students about the significance of Dussehra and instilling in them the values of righteousness, truth and moral courage. Students participated with great zeal and presented vibrant and intricate mandala designs symbolizing the victory of virtues such as truth, compassion, humility and courage over vices.
Each artwork reflected creativity, mindfulness and introspection, beautifully capturing the essence of the festival. The activity not only provided a platform for artistic expression but also encouraged students to imbibe goodness in thought and action. The efforts of the students emphasized that such creative engagements play a vital role in nurturing value-based learning and character building.
