Patwari-Shahi Group wins unilaterally in Mohali Press Club elections Sukhdev Singh Patwari President and Gurmeet Singh Shahi elected General Secretary S.A.S. Nagar 29 March ( Ranjeet Singh Dhaliwal ) : Patwari-Shahi Group has registered a unilateral victory in the election of the governing body of Mohali Press Club for the year 2025-26. In this election, which was held under the chairmanship of Chief Election Commissioner Harinder Pal Singh Harry and Election Commissioners Kulwinder Singh Bawa and Amardeep Singh Saini, voting for the post of General Secretary was completed from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm today. At around 2.30 pm, the Chief Election Commissioner announced the election results, in which a total of 98 members used their votes. ਰਣਜੀਤ ਬਾਵਾ ਨੇ ਲੋਕ ਗਾਇਕ ਜਗਤਾਰ ਜੱਗਾ ਦਾ ਗਾਇਆ ਗੀਤ  ਜਗਤਾਰ ਜੱਗਾ 'ਨੇ ਕਾਪੀਰਾਈਟ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਦਾ ਰਣਜੀਤ ਬਾਵਾ ਤੇ ਲਾਇਆ ਦੋਸ਼  ਜਗਤਾਰ ਜੱਗਾ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਗੀਤ 1990 ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਤੇ ਗਾਇਆ ਸੀ ਗਾਇਕ ਜਗਤਾਰ ਜੱਗਾ ਨੇ ਗਾਇਕ ਰਣਜੀਤ ਬਾਵਾ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ 29 ਮਾਰਚ ( ਰਣਜੀਤ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ) : ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਲੋਕ ਗਾਇਕ ਜਗਤਾਰ ਜੱਗਾ ਨੇ ਗਾਇਕ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ 1990 ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਖੇ ਤੇ ਗਾਏ ਗੀਤ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਮਰਸ਼ੀਅਲ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਫਿਲਮਾਉਣ ਤੇ ਰਣਜੀਤ ਬਾਵਾ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਪੀਰਾਈਟ ਦੀ ਉਲੰਘਣਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਹੈ। ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੱਤਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਜਗਤਾਰ ਜੱਗਾ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਗਾਇਕੀ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਸਾਲ 1989 ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ।ਉਸਦਾ ਗਾਇਆ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਗੀਤ “ਤੇਰੀ ਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਸ਼ੀਸ਼ਾ ਤੋਡ਼ਤਾ” ਨੇ ਕਈ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਕਾਇਮ ਕੀਤੇ। ਉਸ ਐਲਬਮ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਗੀਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਰੋਤਿਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅਥਾਹ ਪਿਆਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਾਲ 1990 ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਰੀਟੋਨ ਕੰਪਨੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਐਲਬਮ "ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰਾ ਕੀ ਲਗਦਾ" ਦੇ ਗੀਤ "ਕਾਨੂੰ ਕਹਿੰਦੀ ਏ ਜੱਟਾ ਦਾ ਪੁਤ ਮਾੜਾ ਬਲੀਏ" ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸਰੋਤਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਅਥਾਹ ਪਿਆਰ ਮਿਲਿਆ। ਇਸ ਦਾ ਸੰਗੀਤ ਸੰਗੀਤ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਕ ਅਤੁਲ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਦਿੱਤਾ । ਇਸ ਗੀਤ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਅੱਜ ਤੱਕ ਸਟੇਜ 'ਤੇ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਨੇ। ...
